Context: I have created a document library with content type by allowing "management of content types"
Problem Scenario: when i click new document link to add new doc i am getting popup and after that i will get content type fields.
Description: I adding link called "Apply" in the search results and when i click on apply , i want to open a custom upload form with content type so that i can upload the document and add properties there itself and save the info.
I am not getting upload form with content type kindly let me know any solutions how to create new upload form with content type in it.

I try to set in the master page to hide site content from the Users who not have permission, but not working:

I want to hide items from a treeview that users don't have access. I did not find a configuration in Settings in SP or Designer. In office 365(SharePoint online) -I have copied oslo.html file & did some changes on that & uploaded with different name (Custom.html) .It automatically convert the .html file into .master file (Custom.master) ,but when i opened the .master file in designer to check whether it is correctly converted or not. I saw the changes I have made in html file is not reflected on .master file. what can i do so that changes can reflect on .master file also
Is it different from share Point on Premises?
If yes how to create custom master page in office 365???

I need to create a list in SP2013 Foundation with a column which is counting from 1, and updates itself automatically each time a new entry is made.
I tried alrady creating a calculated column with "= [ID]". This worked but the value in this column did not update automatically.
How can I change this? Or is there a way to rename the "ID "-column display name?
When I modify the view and make the ID visible it works fine. But I need a specific name for the column.

sorry i havent found it searching the internet for the errors i have, i cannot load an infopath form from infopath designer 2013 to sharepoint 2013 enterprise (test environment, we got no live with this version yet)
My Office Web Apps is connected via http to the Sharepoint Server, and i access the Sharepoint Server via https
This is , freely translated to english, the error infopath gives:
"The following form cannot be saved by infopath:
https:/................................
The Document library has either been renamed or deleted, or network problems prevent the saving of the file.
if the problem is persistent, talk to your admin."
I dont have sharepoint search configured, i have the state service. I checked for template 115 its there.
i also verified, that the forms library to be created from the infopath publishing wizard is being created.

"Sorry, we are having some temporary issues"
After attempting for several times it comes up with following message:
"Microsoft SharePoint Designer does not support editing non-Sharepoint sites"
Any ideas why this might be happening? Not sure why it thinks it is a non share point site.

we have a big issue creating a document based on a defined custom template in a workflow. The following steps were made to achieve that:
1. Adding a custom document type in Website Settings
2. Creating an Excel file and uploading it as a template
3. Allowing custom types for document list
4. Adding the type to my document list as default
Site Wokflow:
1. Create Action: Create list item with the created document type and Name "test"
When i run the workflow, SharePoint creates the document but the document is empty. If I create a document manually in the same document list, the document is created fine.
These steps were performed in several tutorials with older SP Versions. So what happened in SP 2013?

Yes it is creating the document and bringing the columns.
Yes it is creating the document in the correct content type specified.
BUT the created document will be empty (Blank) and not as the specified template in that content type.
help please.

i have created an Workflow, where the Approver of a Team Space Request gets an automatic E-Mail, when a new Team Space Request is added to a list. Now I want to fill the E-Mail with some additional information. The Approver should see the items filled out by the Requestor (Title, Team Space Name, Description, Team Space Quota) in the E-Mail he receives. How can I add those fields to the outgoing E-Mail?

I have a 2013 site that I would like to have centered and and I've used the following css which works great as long as the conent is less than 650px in height. Once is goes over, the page jumps and the logo moves to the left 10px. I can't get the logo to remain in the same location.
