how to change OOB control label, eg New Document to Create an Agreement for a specifical document library in Ribbon?

For some reason my clients would like to more specific label to create a new document in a document library.

Is it possible to add some javascript to the document library forms to change that label "New Document" or even the tab name: FILES?
