Can't create Approval Leave request workflow on SharePoint Online

Dear All,

    I have problem about create Approval for Leave request workflow. I try to follow step on VDO linkhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkVW-kZ8rZU but have one step, it haven't in my SharePoint online.

 Above 2 pictures, it don't have in my step during I configure workflow on SharePoint online.

Please see below picture, I capture from my SharePoint online. That not have "approval template" and not have page for "assign user to approval".

 Could you please advise, how I can configure workflow on SharePoint online to assign user for approval?
