InfoPath Designer 2013 Data Connection - Prompting for Credentials

I am working on setting up my first Sharepoint 2013 InfoPath Form library but I can't seem to get my foot in the door. When I create a data connection to design a form and give it my Sharepoint site collection it prompts me for credentials when I click"Next >>". After inserting my credentials multiple time I eventually get to a very descriptive error, "The operation could not be completed." The Show Details says "Unable to connect to the SharePoint site. Access is denied."

I am the site collection administrator so I am not sure what other permissions are needed in order for me to get the form created. Ideas?
