How to hide a Choice field( radio button) in a list based on value of another choice field in that list

Hi All,

In SharePoint 2013 I have created a list with 2 Choice fields both are radio buttons. 

Choice Field 1: Name: Action ; choices : Yes/No ; Default : No

Choice Field 2: Name: Reaction ; choices : Yes/No 

If "Action" field is no then "Reaction" field should be hidden.
